Meet the TrustINdiana Client Service Team

At TrustINdiana, we pride ourselves on our people, processes, and technology. In this month’s Investor, we highlight the team of professionals who comprise our Client Service Desk. Below is a snapshot of each team member to help you get to know them better and put a face with a name and voice.

Christa Kronquist
Christa is the Vice President of Separately Managed Accounts Activity and has been with TrustINdiana since 2015. She has a deep professional history in accounting including experience in the mutual fund accounting division at State Street Bank and Trust. Christa holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. She has two children who keep her busy outside of work, but she still finds time to relax in the mountains though!

Jen Gosselin
Jen is the Vice President of Client Services and Operations and has been with TrustINdiana since 2015. She has more than twenty years of industry experience in fixed-income securities for local government entities as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She considers herself to be a little competitive; just ask her coworkers Matt and Chris about the time she beat them at a friendly game of cornhole! They’re still waiting for a rematch.

Audrey Parker
Audrey is the Lead Operations Associate and has been with TrustINdiana since 2015. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she began her finance career with Wells Fargo, N.A. in positions ranging from teller to wire transfer operations and wholesale loans. Prior to joining TrustINdiana, he served as the Coordinator for Community Rides, a service that provided free rides to volunteer opportunities for students.
