Documents Needed to Open a TrustINdiana Account:
Participation in TrustINdiana is available to any Indiana local unit of government or the State of Indiana. To join TrustINdiana, a local government unit’s Finance Officer needs to download and read a copy of the Information Statement, download and complete a copy of the Account Registration Form, and deliver these forms to the TrustINdiana Client Service Desk via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax at (888) 860-0963.
Documents Needed to Manage Your Existing TrustINdianaAccount
Current TrustINdiana Participants can find forms necessary to maintain their accounts by logging into MYACCESS or contacting the TrustINdiana Client Service team. If you need login credentials or have questions, please contact Client Services at (888)-860-6242 or via email at email@example.com.
